Sir Knight C16 - Music and effects

Another excellent redux by Janksoft's Mark! This time he tackled Sir Knight, which he rewrote to fit in the C16, along with new levels and a host of other improvements.
There was even space for music and sound effects, which I was lucky enough to be able to contribute.
I intended to cover Agadoo by Black Lace - YT, but couldn't get it sounding non-shite, so I scrapped it and composed an original calypsish tune instead. Get ready, game over / highscore and a few simple sound effects were also added.
